do1

Terms

In effect from November 3, 2026.

These are the rules for using do1o, an app run by Mint & Violet LLC. By using do1o you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

Who can use do1o

You must be 13 or older, and sign in with a phone number that is yours.

What you send

Your photos, videos, and words stay yours. You let us store them and show them to the person you are doing that do1o with, which is the whole point, and to keep or remove them as our Privacy page says.

Send only what is yours to send, and what you would be glad for your partner to see. Do not send anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, or meant to hurt or frighten someone, and do not use do1o to bother a person who does not want to hear from you. There is no room on do1o for content like this, or for people who treat others this way.

Looking after each other

You can report a photo or a person, and block anyone you have done a do1o with. We look at reports and may hide something, end a do1o, or close an account that breaks these rules.

What do1o is, and is not

do1o is a way to keep a small promise with someone. It is not medical, fitness, or other professional advice. Choose habits that are right for you, and take the rest days.

We work to keep do1o running and your things safe, but we offer it as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it.

Leaving

You can stop at any time and delete your account from inside the app. We may stop offering do1o, or change it; if we do, we will say so first where we can.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will say so here before the change takes effect and, where we can, in the app.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
